How to detect problems with non-standard automation equipment?

1. Check all switch power supplies, pneumatic valves, and hydraulic press sources of automated machinery.
The challenges of switching power supplies, pneumatic valves, and hydraulic press sources often lead to common malfunctions in automated machinery. For example, if there are problems with the power supply system, including common faults in the power supply system of all production workshops, such as low rated power of the power supply, damaged commercial insurance, poor contact of power cord plugs, etc; The air pump or hydraulic oil pump is not turned on, the pneumatic three-way or two-way components are not turned on, and the relief valve or some pressure valves in the hydraulic transmission system are not turned on. When inspecting automated machinery, it is necessary to include the following aspects: switch power supply, including the power supply system of each machine equipment, switch power supply, and lighting power supply for the production workshop. Pneumatic valves, including standard air pressure sources required for pneumatic equipment. Hydraulic press source, including the working condition of hydraulic oil pump necessary for automatic mechanical hydraulic control valves.
2. Check if the sensor part of the automated machinery is misaligned.
Due to the carelessness of equipment maintenance and management personnel, it is very likely that some sensor parts may have errors or omissions, such as failure to respond in a timely manner, common sensor malfunctions, and common sensitivity malfunctions. Regularly check the sensor location and sensitivity of the sensor, adjust it immediately if any errors occur, and replace it immediately if the sensor is damaged. In many cases, due to the vibration of automated machinery, the vast majority of sensors will become loose after long-term use. Therefore, during daily maintenance, it is necessary to frequently check whether the sensor's position is appropriate and whether it is firmly fixed.
3. Check the automotive relays, flow control valves, and pressure control valves of automated machinery
Like induction coil type sensors, automotive relays can also experience grounding and adhesion during long-term use, which cannot ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment control circuits and must be replaced. In pneumatic or hydraulic transmission systems, the opening of the one-way throttle valve and the adjustment of the working pressure of the pressure valve may also become loose or roll due to the vibration of the machine equipment. This type of equipment, like sensors, is a component that requires daily maintenance in automated machinery.
4. Check the connection of electrical equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic press control circuits
If none of the problems are found in the above three steps, then check all the control circuits. Check if there is a short circuit in the power supply circuit's transmission lines, especially if the transmission lines in the cable tray were cut off due to entanglement. Check for destructive folds in the bronchi. Check if the high-pressure oil pipe is blocked. If there are severe folds in the bronchi, replace them immediately. High pressure oil pipes also need to be removed and replaced.
After ensuring the accuracy of the above process, common faults may occur in the control board of automated machinery, but they are unlikely to be program flow problems. Firstly, it is not necessary to confirm that the control board is damaged, as long as there have been no serious short-circuit faults. The control board is equipped with overcurrent protection internally, and general short-circuit faults are not likely to damage the control board.
