This pipeline robot is specifically designed for the inspection and maintenance of municipal rainwater and sewage pipelines. It is suitable for working conditions with an inner diameter of 300mm or larger. It adopts a highly adaptable four-wheel drive structure and innovatively combines an innovative three-degree-of-freedom robotic arm architecture to achieve full-directional movement and precise operations within the pipeline. The robot's walking speed can reach 0.1m/s, and the maximum climbing angle is 15°. Its core advantage lies in its modular design. The body can be quickly disassembled into four functional modules: the walking frame, the lifting module, the rotation module, and the pitch module.

The robot uses in-cavity wiring technology and has a protection level of IP68, effectively resisting corrosion from sewage and mechanical wear. The current configuration includes dual optical cameras (visible light + infrared), supporting real-time image transmission and pipe diameter deformation analysis. In the future, it can be switched to modules such as sonar detection and cutting disc through standardized interfaces (such as RS485 or quick-release clips) to meet expansion needs for cleaning and repair.
