Recently, the 25th China International Industry Fair was held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai. The event was guided by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. Li Lecheng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, along with Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Shanghai, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.As a significant platform focusing on industry-academia-research collaboration and promoting the precise alignment of scientific research achievements with market demand, the fair featured a dedicated exhibition zone for university scientific and technological achievements. This zone brought together 580 high-quality technological innovations from 68 universities, including Peking University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Northwestern Polytechnical University, providing key opportunities for enterprises to seek technical cooperation and facilitate the transformation of research outcomes.
To deepen industry-academia-research collaboration with universities and accelerate the translation of cutting-edge technologies into industrial applications, our company partnered with Anhui Jianzhu University to jointly select two achievements—"Rapid Escape and Rescue Equipment for High-Rise Buildings" and "Rope-Driven Passive Anti-Interference Lifting Equipment"—for exhibition. These achievements are notable for their technological innovation and market potential. During the fair, Chen Haipeng, Director of the Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Research and Development Office at the Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Development Center, visited our booth. He inquired in detail about the technical breakthroughs, applicable scenarios, and industrialization feasibility of the two achievements, while also encouraging enterprises and universities to strengthen collaboration, refine technologies based on actual market needs, and actively engage with investment institutions to advance laboratory technologies toward practical application.
Additionally, our company collaborated with Anhui Jianzhu University to nominate the aforementioned achievements for the fair's roadshow session. Yao Yansheng, a faculty member from Anhui Jianzhu University, and Yu Chuanyang, a shareholder of our company, jointly presented at the roadshow, systematically introducing the technological advantages, core competitiveness, and market prospects of the achievements to investors and industry peers present. They also carefully listened to professional advice from investors regarding product commercialization pathways, cost control, and scenario expansion. This roadshow served not only as an important platform for our company to showcase the results of technical collaboration but also as a key initiative to bridge innovative university technologies with industrial capital and enhance the efficiency of achievement industrialization.
As an enterprise actively committed to industry-academia-research collaborative development, participating in this Industry Fair represents an important practice for our company to connect with high-quality technological resources from universities and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements "from the laboratory to the production line."
