Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the design, development and optimization of complex mechanical systems, including structural design, transmission systems, motion control and other modules; lead the entire process from concept design to mass production of new products, complete feasibility analysis, 3D modeling, engineering drawing output and BOM formulation; solve technical problems in product development, participate in prototype debugging, testing and performance improvement; collaborate with electrical and software teams to complete system integration and ensure product reliability; write technical documents, participate in patent application and industry technical standard formulation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related fields, with more than 5 years of mechanical design experience; proficient in SolidWorks/AutoCAD and other design software, familiar with finite element analysis (FEA) and motion simulation; candidates with project experience in precision machinery, automated equipment or robotics are preferred; familiar with material properties, processing techniques and cost control, able to independently complete DFMEA analysis; good teamwork skills and innovative awareness, excellent English reading and writing skills are a plus.
